In Arabic:
يَسْلُهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلَّ
يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ
In English:
All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat him. Everyday he exerciseth (Universal) power.
In Spanish:
Todos los que están en los cielos y en la tierra le suplican. Cada día ejerce poder (universal).
In Urdu:
ٓاسمان اور زمین میں جتنے لوگ ہیں سب اسی سے مانگتے ہیں اور وہ ہر روز کام میں مصروف رہتا ہے۔
