Surah Alam Nashrah, the 94th chapter of the Holy Quran, is part of the 30th para. It consists of 8 verses and 27 words in total and was revealed in Mecca during the month of Ramzan.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ
الَّذِى اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ،
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبُ
وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبُ

ترجمہ
( اے نبی ﷺ) کیا نہیں کھول دیا ہم نے تمہاری خاطر تمہارا سینہ
اور ہم نے اتار دیا تم پر سے تمہارا بوجھ
جس نے جھکا دی تھی تمہاری کمر
اور ہم نے بلند کیا تمہاری خاطر تمہارا ذکر
سو بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے
بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے
سوچ جب تم فارغ ہوا کرو تو (عبادت میں)محنت کیا کرو
اور اپنے رب کی طرف متوجہ ہو جایا کرو
Translation
Have We not opened your breast for you?
And We have removed from you your burden.
Who bowed your back
And We have exalted you for your sake.
So surely there is ease with difficulty.
Surely there is ease with difficulty.
Think when you are finished, work hard (in worship).
And turn to your Lord.
Traducción
¿No os hemos abierto tu pecho?
Y hemos quitado de ti tu carga.
¿Quién te inclinó la espalda?
Y os hemos exaltado por vosotros.
Así que, sin duda, hay facilidad con la dificultad.
Seguramente hay facilidad con la dificultad.
Piensa que cuando termines, trabaja duro (en adoración).
Y vuélvete a tu Señor.
